How procurement works at KSIJ
For suppliers
Register your company with your TIN Certificate and Certificate of Registration. Declare honestly whether anyone connected to your company serves on a KSIJ section, board, the Managing Committee or as an Office Bearer. If so, you take the Legal Oath & Anti-Corruption Affirmation. The administrator verifies your documents and the Office Bearers approve your listing. You are then emailed every new RFQ and RFP in your categories.
Bids are submitted here only. Each bid is encrypted the moment you submit it and you receive a receipt with an integrity hash. You may withdraw or replace your bid until the deadline. After the deadline nothing can be changed.
Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
For defined goods and services. Your offer is checked for compliance with each specification by the evaluation committee; the award goes to the lowest-priced fully compliant bid.
Requests for Proposal (RFP)
For complex requirements. Each RFP publishes a detailed Scope of Work and technical criteria with weights before bidding opens. Technical evaluation counts for 60% and commercial for 40%. At least three evaluators from the user department and one Management Team representative score each proposal, after each signs a Conflict of Interest declaration.
Integrity
Any offer of commission, gift or inducement leads to immediate disqualification and permanent blacklisting from KSIJ procurement. Every action on this portal is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log reviewed by the Office Bearers.
